How long does the examination process take?

Depending on the type of examinations, the duration may vary. It usually takes about 6 hours, with a maximum of 8 hours.

Is there an age limit for taking the examinations?

There is no age limit. However, certain tests may not be performed if your age does not fall within the indications provided by medical guidelines (e.g. prostate ultrasound or mammography for individuals under the age of 40).

What happens if I need medical follow-up after the examinations?

At the end of the examinations, you will always receive instructions from our doctor. If you are referred to a specialist doctor, you will be informed about the additional cost of the examination.

What happens if I cancel my trip or cannot attend on the scheduled day?

In case your trip is cancelled, the card service remains valid for one year. If you cancel the scheduled examination, you have the option to reschedule an appointment, always within the one-year period.

Can I use the service even if I am not on an organized holiday or staying at a hotel?

As long as you have purchased your card and it is active, you are not restricted whether you have booked an organized holiday package or independent travel in our country.
